Described by many as the event of the year, Beef Expo 2008 was certainly a great day for the Clonagh Herd.
Our first class of the day saw all four of our entries in the Senior Heifer Class finishing in the top of the line up, Temptress Posh- 1st, Senhorita - 2nd, Tilly Fiona - 3rd, Truely Scrumptious - 4th.
In the Junior Heifer Class, Venus Grace was placed second in a large classbeing almost 6 months younger than the next oldest heifer.
In the Senior Bull Class our Stock bull T Rex was pulled into 1st place with Vom Vumb a successful 2nd.
T Rex then went on to be crowned Male Champion and subsequently Overall Supreme Champion Simmental on the day, a remarkable day that will be remember for years to come!
